I am a homeowner and rental property owner for many years and understand exactly what it takes to fully maintain properties inside and out. Given the opportunity, I will make necessary repairs and can refinish many items in your home or rental property. Capable of fixing and handling many repairs inside and outside with furniture, appliances (some), walls, doors, windows, etc. I can hang new shelving or repair older or broken shelves. I have been repairing small cracks and chips in tile floors successfully that make imperfections virtually undetectable. Also, hanging Curtain rods, blinds, shelves, TV mounting and I will paint your rooms. I can install new Mailbox’s (with in ground post), mount anything outside and can assemble or disassemble most any item needed. I will even change a light bulb if you need it!

I offer weekly, or monthly comprehensive Home Watch Services when you are not at your home or rental property for any length of time. I will inspect and ensure proper maintenance for your home inside and out. My goal is always to maintain and be able to handle any minor or major situations while you are not here on Marco Island or Capri.
